Event Highlights
Each year, UCMAS India, hosts an annual competition for its students. This year, approx. 7,000+ UCMAS students aged 4 to 13 are expected to participate in the 17th UCMAS Annual National Competition, the largest competition of its kind in India.
The UCMAS Competition - Exam- During the competition, the UCMAS students are given eight minutes to solve approx. 200 arithmetic questions, using only their Abacus or Mental Math. This process showcases more than prowess in Math - it's a testimony to the skills the students develop in the UCMAS program such as visual memory, focus, creativity and visualization, all of which Leads to greater proficiency in Math and enhances overall academic achievement.
After the competition, an Awards Ceremony will be held where over 1,000 prizes are going to be awarded to the top students across each of the UCMAS levels. Both events attract local and regional press coverage.
